Please nominate the individual (management or non-management) who has demonstrated superior customer service skills, while also making an outstanding contribution in promoting travel and tourism in Newport News. In your nomination form, please provide examples of both your nominee’s customer service skills and the ways in which he or she has promoted travel and tourism in Newport News. Supporting information, such as guest comment cards, news
clippings, testimonial letters, company acknowledgments/awards, etc. may be included.

Rules for Nominations: Newport News Tourism staff members are not eligible for this award, nor are they eligible to nominate anyone. The nominee must represent a Newport News tourism-related business (hotel, attraction, restaurant, etc.) You must give an explanation for your nomination. After the nominations are returned, a panel of judges from outside Newport News will determine the winner.
The winner will be recognized at the National Travel & Tourism Week luncheon
on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at the Newport News Marriott.
